  公司研发的节能环保型高效润滑剂技术,是我国自主创新的研发典范。至今已历时二十余载,经过了GRT、G-TMT和L-FET(内燃机油添加剂)、L-FCT(工业齿轮油添加剂)三代技术的艰难发展历程。

        1982年,国家下达了“六.五”科技攻关任务--GRT产品研发,由中科院兰州化学物理研究所有关专家主持研发。兰化所与国内最大的优质石墨矿--青岛石墨股份有限公司(原山东南墅石墨矿)合作进行了长达8年的研究,研发出的第一代“GRT节能减磨添加剂”新产品于1990年1月通过了中国科学院科学技术成果鉴定。结论为:国内首创,填补了国内空白。但由于其高昂的原料价格和制备成本,该技术在产业化推广上遇到重大障碍。
        为了能够使GRT产品实现产业化推广,部分原GRT产品研发人员在继承第一代技术的基础上,研发了第二代G-TMT产品。2000年,******、吴邦国、盛华仁、李荣融、李毅中等国家和有关部门领导同志高度关注G-TMT产品,批示(中办国办信批字[2000]245号)要求:“望给予关注和支持”。
        国家经贸委在国家主要领导人的指示下,组织专家深入实地考察,肯定该产品“具有一定的创新性”,并鼓励研发人员“这种精神是值得肯定的”。要求:“必须通过相应的国家标准所规定的有关台架试验评定后,才能投放市场。”
        根据上述指示,科技人员又做了大量试验工作,对第二代产品进行了重大技术改进,于2002年进行了国家质量监督检验中心的台架试验,并取得了优良的检测效果。
        G-TMT产品技术人员研究总结了二十年来研发的经验和教训,突破了第一代和第二代产品的技术瓶颈,研发了第三代产品--节能环保型“旺润来”牌高效润滑剂系列产品。
        旺润来牌高效润滑剂攻克了固体润滑材料石墨在液体润滑油中均匀悬浮与分散这一世界性技术难题,从根本上解决了与各种润滑油的良好配伍性问题,产品技术及质量达到国际领先水平。
        “旺润来”高效润滑剂系列产品分为: L-FET内燃机油高效润滑剂、 L-FXT特种极压锂基润滑脂、 L-FCT工业齿轮油高效润滑剂等三大系列几十个品种。
        各项鉴定
        1994年3月26日内燃机油高效润滑剂获得了交通部颁发的新产品鉴定验收证书,编号:(94能)鉴字001号。
        2000年11月24日,内燃机油高效润滑剂通过了国家汽车质量监督检验中心的发动机性能及排放对比试验。
        2002年12月26日,内燃机油高效润滑剂通过了国家汽车质量监督检验中心的柴油发动机性能、可靠性检测。
        2005年7月9日,“旺润来”高效润滑剂系列产品被山东省科学技术厅鉴定为“填补了国内空白,达到国际领先水平”,产品和生产技术均申请了专利保护,具有完全自主的知识产权。
        2007年旺润来高效润滑剂被国家发改委节能信息传播中心评定为高科技节能产品,并列为2007年十大节能产品之首。
        2009年1月,旺润来高效润滑剂成为国家发改委节能信息传播中心重点推广的最佳节能实践案例产品。
History of Research and Development of Wangrunlai Lubrication Series
In 1982, Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences was bid to develop and research GRT Products, one of the key research projects during the 6th Five-Year Plan. Working with Qingdao Graphite Co., Ltd (former Nanshu Graphite Mine of Shandong Province), the largest company of its kind in China, the Institute researched and developed GRT products for 8 years, developing the 1st generation of energy saving and friction-proof lubrication products. The 1st generation of the products passed the technology evaluation by Chinese Academy of Sciences in January, 1990. It was concluded among the experts that the technology was a breakthrough that filled the technological gap at home. However, due to its expensive cost for raw materials and production facilities, the technology would not be easily industrialized.
In order to facilitate the industrialization of GRT products, part of the former research team developed the 2nd generation of G-TMT products on the basis of the 1st generation GRT technology. In 2000, state leaders and the leaders of the departments concerned, including Zhu Rongji, Wu Bangguo, Sheng Huaren, Li Rongrong and Li Yizhong, attached great importance to the development of G-TMT products. They expressed their concern about the technology in a directive letter (No.245, 2000) that enough attention should be paid to and sufficient assistance should be rendered in the development of G-TMT technology.
Under the instructions from state leaders as well as leaders of the departments concerned, a team of specialists were sent by China Economy and Trade Commission to conduct field research on the development of G-TMT Products. After careful on-spot research, they agreed that the G-TMT Products were a new technology in its own way and the research team deserved high praise for their devotion to the research. They also set new standard for the research, pointing out that “the technology will be mass produced only after it passes test-bed experiment in conformity with state technical standards.”
Following the instructions above, the research team continued to conduct numerous experiments and make substantial improvements on the 2nd generation G-TMT technology. In 2002, the new technology passed test-bed experiment sponsored by state Automobile Quality Control Center with satisfactory results.
Drawing on experiences in the research over the past 20 years, G-TMT technology staff solved the major technological difficulties in the 1st and 2nd generation of lubrication technology and developed the 3rd generation of Wangrunlai Lubrication Series which are characteristically energy-saving, nature-friendly and highly efficient.
Wangrunlai Lubrication Technology has solved two major technical difficulties with success, namely, how to ensure that graphite remains afloat as well as incohesive in the lubrication liquid and how to make the additives mix easily and completely with the lubrication liquid. In terms of both technology and quality, Wangrunlai Lubrication Series have reached international standard. Wangrunlai Lubrication Series consist of dozens of lubricating oil additives that fall into three groups: L-FCT Industrial Gear Lubricating Grease Additives, L-FET Internal Combustion Engine oil Additives and L-FXT Extreme Pressure Lithium Lubricating Grease.
