L-FCT工业齿轮润滑油高效润滑剂
旺润来L-FCT工业齿轮油高效润滑剂是由专利技术制备的固体润滑粒子与国内外优质的功能性添加剂，经特殊工艺精制而成的一种新型工业齿轮油高效润滑剂。
L-FCT工业齿轮油高效润滑剂对啮合齿轮表面具有独到的修复功能，能很快地形成物理附着膜，可有效地解决由于齿轮的曲率半径小，形成油楔的条件差，摩擦热大，冲击力大，且啮合齿轮表面不完全吻合等润滑难题，减少摩擦，降低磨损，保护齿轮。它能够满足中负荷、重负荷或高冲击力载荷齿轮传动装置的润滑要求，起到节能、环保、延寿、增效的效果，提高和改善齿轮油的黏温特性，热氧化安定性和抗腐蚀性，延长齿轮油的使用周期。
适用范围
L-FCT工业齿轮油高效润滑剂适用于多种工况的齿轮润滑，如轧钢机、油田抽油机、矿山开采设备、水泥回转窑、各种磨机、卷扬机等。
使用方法
1.设备检查： 要求设备内部清洁干净，清除设备中的污垢、杂质；
2.油品检测： 检测设备中齿轮油的各种性能指标，视检测情况确定是否更换新油品；
3.添加量： 轻负荷设备按齿轮油重量的5%，中负荷设备按齿轮油重量的6%，重负荷设备按齿轮油重量的7-8%添加本产品。

Wangrunlai L-FCT Industrial Gear Lubricating grease is a high-quality engine oil additive made with advanced technology and sophisticated process from solid lubrication particles together with many other fine-quality additives at home and abroad.
Wangrunlai L-FCT industrial gear Lubricating grease has unique performance in protecting and repairing the meshing gear surface of the gear. It forms an adhesive membrane, which effectively offsets inadequate lubricating effect caused by small curvature radius, poor oil wedge, strong friction heat, and mismatching of meshing surface etc. It reduces friction and damage and protects the gear. It meets the lubricating demand of transmission apparatus, i.e., medium load, heavy load and pressure impact gear. At the same time, it enhances the viscosity of gear oil, improves its stability with oxygen at high temperature, and is more resistant to corrosion. Energy-efficient and environment friendly, it has longer period of service.
Scope of Application:It finds wide applications in a great variety of gearboxes, namely, those on rolling mill, oil pump, mining equipment, cement rotary kiln, other kinds of mills and hoisters.
Usage:
1. Machinery Check Make sure that the interior of the machinery is clean enough. If not, clean it and make it free from any impurities.
2. Engine Oil Test Check to make sure if the gear oil meets all the required quality specifications. If not, replace the bad oil with fresh and high-quality oil.
3. Dosage The L-FCT is to be applied at the ratio of 5% ( for light load engine): 8% (for medium load engine): 7-8% (for heavy load engine) respectively to the gear in operation.
Performance: When applied on machinery, it saves power by 5%-16% and extends the service period of engine oil.
Environmental Protection It improves lubrication environment, reduces amplitude and cuts down the noise of the working gear.
Extended Period of Service More resistant to impact and pressure, the membrane reduces frication and damage and extends the service period of the gear.
Higher Efficiency It improves general efficiency of the machinery by 3%.
