  本产品是由专利技术制备的固体润滑粒子与国内外优质的功能性添加剂,经特殊工艺精制而成的一种新型内燃机油高效润滑剂。将该产品加入到内燃机油中,固体粒子以润滑油为载体,通过集中供油润滑的方式传送到内燃机的各个部位,在往复循环的过程中,因固体粒子特有的附着性,使得它逐步填充修复于摩擦副凹面中,并形成固体润滑膜。由于这层固体润滑膜的存在,增强了发动机的动力,节省了燃油。同时该润滑剂具有良好的导热特性和抗氧化能力,大大提高了润滑油的使用寿命,可明显延长润滑油换油周期。 适用范围 适用于各种机动车辆,船舶等内燃机械上。尤其是重型重载柴油机上。 使 用 量内燃机机油容量的3%-5%。 使用方法放掉旧机油,清洗油路,更换三滤;在更换后的新机油中加注本产品;启动发动机,怠速运转5-10分钟即可正常运行。 产品性能 节 能节省各种燃油,天然气等5%-15%,延长机油换油周期。 环 保降低尾气中有害气体排放量。 台架试验:碳氢化合物(CH)下降14.7%,一氧化碳(CO)下降2.0%,氮氧化合物(NOx)下降6.9%,微粒(PT)下降20.5%,全负荷可见污染物下降25.7%,自由加速可见污染物下降22.4%。 怠速试验:碳氢化合物(CH)下降38.0%,一氧化碳(CO)下降58.1%。 延 寿减轻摩擦,减少磨损,延长发动机大修里程。 增 效本产品中特有的固体润滑颗粒可对汽缸摩擦副表面起到填充修复的作用,降低发动机噪音,可提高汽缸气密性,增大马力,提高机械效率。 包装规格:100g、400g、600g、800g、5kg、10kg 执行标准:Q/WWR001-2008 L—FET Mixed Internal Combustion Engine Oil Additive This new type of engine oil additive is made with special technique from solid lubrication particles and many other additives, all made with patented technology. Add the oil additive into the internal combustion engine oil, the solid particles will remain afloat in the lubrication liquid and flow with the current to different parts of the internal engine. During the recurrent process of its circulation, the solid and cohesive particles fill up at substrate friction surface and form a solid lubricating membrane. This lubricating membrane enhances closure of the engine and saves the fuel. Besides, this oil additive conducts heat and resists chemical reaction with oxygen, thus extending the interval between oil replacements and greatly prolonging the service period of the engine oil. Scope of Application: it finds wide applications in all kinds of internal combustion engines, especially the heavy load diesel engine. Dose of the Additive: 3%-5% of the internal combustion engine oil Usage: discharge remaining engine oil, clean circulation channels, and replace air filter, fuel filter and engine oil filter. Add the lubrication oil additive to the new engine oil. Then start the engine and run it at idle speed for 5 minutes before normal operation begins. Better Lubrication Performance Energy Conservation It saves a variety of fuel and natural gas by 5%-15% and extends the interval between engine oil replacements. Nature Friendliness It reduces the emission of harmful gas. In a test-bed experiment, CH drops by 14.7%, CO 2.0%, NOx 6.9%, PT 20.5%, visible exhausts at full load 25.7%, visible exhaust at free acceleration 22.4%. In an experiment at idle speed, CH decreases by 38.0% and CO by 58.1%. Extended Period of Performance It reduces friction and wear of the engine and lengthens the interval between engine overhauls. Better Efficiency: The solid lubrication particles in L—FET fill up the crevices at substrate friction surface of the cylinder, reduces the noise of the engine, ensures tighter closure of the cylinder, thus providing greater motive power to and improving the general efficiency of the engine.
